How quickly will my order arrive?
- On average, deliveries can be made in 5 days. We use Canpar for our deliveries, one of the most reliable companies in Canada. Of course, depending on the destination, this can vary by a day or so. Canada is a very large country.

Is it possible to have a gift delivered on the exact day of my choice?
- If your gift is being delivered to someone in the city of Winnipeg (where we are located), yes, we will take care of it personally. Unfortunately, as a result of the vast distances involved, we cannot absolutely guarantee this service elsewhere in Canada. We will, however, make every attempt to do so.

Could you explain your shipping and handling charges?
- All our shipping costs are based on Canpar's rate sheet plus $5 (CAD) handling per shipment. Remember: Orders over $100 (CAD) are eligible for free shipping.

Why do you not ship to Quebec?
- As a result of Quebec's unique tax laws, we find that calculating their shipping and taxation requirements is a nightmare and would rather leave it alone. Besides, we don't speak or understand French.

Why are there special shipping requirements for Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and the Yukon?
- Simply that our shipping company, Canpar, doesn't deliver there. However, we will make special arrangements with another
shipper for these locations at your request. Contact us for a quote.

Will you ship to someone outside of Canada?
- Certainly! We will make special arrangements with another
shipper for these locations at your request. Customs and duties for any foreign country are the
responsibility of the purchaser. Contact us for a quote.

What are your Privacy Policies?
- We will respect your privacy. Any information we receive from you will be used only to serve you better. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone.

Must I use PayPal?
- We would rather you did, yes; but we understand that
some people are uncomfortable with the process. Special arrangements
can be made by contacting us directly, and we can find a way that
satisfies you.

What does it mean if I choose to "Enhance my Gift"?
- If you desire, your gift will be tastefully wrapped,
including ribbon. In addition, you may chose to include a small bear
and/or chocolates. These will be used to enhance the decorating of your
wrapped gift. A handwritten card with your personalized message will be
added to the outside of the gift package to complete the overall
presentation.

What if I want to buy more than one gift at a time?
- To purchase more than one identical gift with identical enhancements and/or message, to be shipped to the same address, please enter the number of gifts into the Quantity box above.
- To purchase more than one identical gift with different enhancements and/or message, to be shipped to the same address, please fill out the first order and click the Add to Cart button above. Then, return to this page to add the next gift.
- To purchase gifts to be delivered to separate addresses, please complete checkout for each shipping address separately.

What if I want to change something that's already in my shopping cart?
- To Delete an item from your cart, click on that item's Delete box in the cart to place a check mark in it, then click the Update Cart button.
- To change the quantity of an item, enter the correct number into the Quantity box, then click the Update Cart button.
- To Edit the message or enhancements for an item, please Delete it and add it back into the cart as usual.
